Architectural Settings

To configure the Architectural Settings see the steps below.
  1. Click the Welcome "Your Name Here" menu
  2. Select Site Admin
  3. In the first row of tabs, click Modules
  4. In the second row of tabs, select Architectural
  5. Set up your desired configuration using the options below:
Display Target Dates: Displays the target dates associated with an architectural entry within your accounting software.
Display Processed Actions: Displays the processed actions associated with an architectural entry within your accounting software.
Allow Notes Submission: Allows residents to submit notes on an active entry.
Enable Architectural Submission: Allows architectural submissions
Enable Architectural Submission Notification: To enable notifications when a submission is made. The to and from can be configured below.
Architectural Documents Root Folder: Select the folder that contains architectural documents (not required)
Redirect Submission to E-Form: If your accounting software doesn't allow requests to be submitted by ComWeb then you can choose an internal form. 
Architectural Request Page Message: The content here will appear in the resident's architectural module.
