How to Approve Reservations on the New Facility Reservations Calendar

This article will show admins how to approve facility reservations on the new Facility Reservation Calendar. There are two main types of approval:
  • Reservation Calendars with No Billing Settings - facilities which are free to reserve; these require a simple approval by the site admin.
  • Reservation Calendars with Billing Settings - these are facilities which require fees and deposits to reserve. The resident must make a payment for an admin to confirm the reservation. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Each payment type results in a different approval process.

How to Approve Reservations with no Deposits or Fees

  1. Select the Type of reservation, either Facility or Tennis
  2. Locate the Pending Approval or Current reservations by clicking the Show drop-down

  3. Find the correct reservation and click the green check mark to approve or click the red ‘x’ to reject
  4. Upon approval or rejection, the resident will receive an email notification



How to Approve Reservations with Check Payments Enabled
  1. Locate the Pending Payment or Current reservations by clicking the Show drop-down
  2. Click the money icon to the right of the reservation

  3. Enter the check information into the appropriate fields; the Reference Number section can also be used for notes about the payments
  4. Click Approve and Save

  5. Upon approval or rejection, the resident will receive an email notification

How to Approve Reservations with Credit Card Payments Enabled
  1. Locate the Pending Approval or Current reservations by clicking the Show drop-down
  2. Find the correct reservation and click the green check mark to approve or click the red ‘x’ to reject

  3. Upon approval or rejection, the resident will receive an email notification
