How to Cancel a Reservation as a Resident

This article will show residents how to cancel a facility reservation such as a tennis court or clubhouse reservation. ComWeb provides two ways for residents to cancel reservations. Residents can cancel reservations on the Amenity Calendar where the reservation was made or in the Resident Area under the Reservations tab.

Association Website > Login > Amenity Reservation Calendar

How to Cancel a Reservation from the Facility Reservation Calendar 

  1. Select the tab where you made your original reservation
  2. Right click on the reservation that needs to be cancelled
  3. Click Cancel

How to Cancel a Reservation from the Resident Area

  1. Navigate to the Member Profile and click My Resident Area


  2. Click the Reservations Icon or Tab


  3. Locate the Reservation which needs to be cancelled
  4. Click the red cancel symbol


  5. Add the cancellation Reason and click Cancel Reservation
