Changing a Community Phone Number (Caliber)
Note: This only applies if the information is pulling from Caliber
This process will show you how to change to community/manager phone number that is displayed in Portal. This number pulls directly from Caliber and must be changed in that system.
1. Login to Caliber
2. Select the Client to be modified
3. On the Client Dashboard, right click to view available work spaces.
4. Select Client Info.
5. At the bottom of the Client Info screen, select Management Setup
6. While on the Official Address tab, change the phone and/or fax numbers as needed.
Now the information will be pulling directly from what is in Caliber.
