4. Select Calendar
5. Select Items
6. Click on the Add New Item button
7. Click the Insert button to finish creating the
item
Explanation of fields
Is Optional: If
Yes is selected, then the resident will have the option of choosing the item
when reserving. If No is selected, the item will automatically be added when
reserving.
