How to create an Item?


1.      Click on “Welcome (yourname)” to expand the drop down menu 

2.      Select Site Admin to get to the administrative side of the website

3.      Select Modules

4.      Select Calendar

5.      Select Items

6.      Click on the Add New Item button

7.      Click the Insert button to finish creating the item

 

Explanation of fields

Is Optional: If Yes is selected, then the resident will have the option of choosing the item when reserving. If No is selected, the item will automatically be added when reserving.
