How to Invite an Individual Resident
If a homeowner missed an invitation to the portal, if you have a new homeowner, or you just need to re-invite, you can invite an individual homeowner to your association's ComWeb Portal. Login to the ComWeb Portal by navigating to
https://comwebportal.com/login- Click the Resident Support drop-down menu and select Resident Search
- Choose the appropriate association by typing in the Association search bar
- Type any part of the homeowner's name in the Resident Search bar and click Search
- Click the homeowner's address to open their record
- Click Send Invite
