How to Manually Send Bulk Resident Portal Invitations

This article will show Association Managers how to manually send bulk Portal registration invitations to one or more association(s). This process is to manually send invitations. If you would like to set up automatic invitations, click here. Please note, invitations can only be sent once every 24 hours to prevent spamming homeowners.

Navigation:  > Resident Support > Resident Invitations

How to Manually Send Bulk Resident Invitations: 

  1. Click the checkbox next to the appropriate associations (or click the top checkbox to select all associations)
  2. Click Preview Invitation to view the Registration Invitation

  3. Click Send Invitations
  4. Click Yes if you wish to continue

How to Review Resident Invitation Statistics: 
  1. Click the information icon under the Last Invites Sent section to view the Invitation Results
    • Only the most recent Invitation Results are available to view

  2. Click on each box to view the statistics for the category
    • Success Rate: residents who registered for the portal as a result of the Registration Invitation email
    • Bounced: residents whose registration invitation bounced
    • Clicked: residents who opened the email and clicked the registration link
    • Failed: messages were unable to send
    • In Process: still attempting to send the registration invitation
    • Opened: residents who opened the email, but did not click on the registration link
    • Unopened: residents who have not yet opened the email
    • Unsubscribed: residents who unsubscribed from invitation emails
